If you haven't watched the trailer for the upcoming Talladega Nights: The Ballad of Ricky Bobby, you are missing out. It's a pretty funny promo, right up there with the one for Saving Silverman.
Speaking of movie trailers, there is also a new Jack Black film entitled Nacho Libre due out soon. Looks decent, has potential, hope it delivers.
Two other links worthy of mention:
1. Guy gets speeding ticket w/ wrong info on it. Writes very humorous response to gov't, and gets a reply.
2. Why [this guy] will never have a girlfriend. Probably b/c he is a huge math nerd. This has been around awhile, but is still funny, even if you don't like math. Nerd.

i guess i got off track a little on my 'apologetics' post. my point was, 'i hate everything'. more specifically, i wish people would actually blog like most do on Blogger & Xanga, and few do on any of the others. i agree that the blog piece seems like an afterthought on myspace and facebook... and i didn't know about the 'recent studies' you have cited, though it makes sense one way or another. I am NOT planning on discontinuing my Blogger Blog, quite the contrary, i was meaning to sing the praises of this type versus the others. kinda derailed...
